Megan Casey

I was born and raised in Colorado. Growing up, I found myself through sports. I primarily focused on basketball and track and field. Track ended up being my true passion, which I competed in through the college level at the University of Northern Colorado. After graduating from college, my heart still had the desire to compete. I started off in boxing, but did not find joy in that. I then began running 5k/10k, which eventually led to a marathon, and multiple half marathons. I also competed in the obstacle course races such as the Tough Mudder, Spartan, and Warrior Dash (which I won my age group in). I have also recently found the sport of body building, and have competed in two shows in the women's physique category. I have a strong passion for fitness and competition, and love this lifestyle. I am currently finishing school for nutrition and dietetics, and am the Nutrition Director at Max Muscle South Metro. I have been personal training for the last 5 years as well and absolutely love the enjoyment of helping others reach their goals.

What made me go into training was being an athlete my whole life, I knew my home was a weight room, gym, or the baseball diamond, and that is where I wanted to be everyday. I want to be able to help athletes of all ages get better and thrive in tier sport and hopefully teach them something new and wish I would have learned when I was younger. I've Worked with kids of all ages for pitching lessons individually and coaching at the high school level. Offer video analysis during training and pitching lessons for further break down of movements to create optimal function, efficiency and prevent future injuries.
