The Push Performance Golf Program is designed with the intent to develop more power in our clients' golf swing while reducing injuries and pain. The repetitive nature of the golf swing puts immense stress on joints and muscles that require specific training to maximize ability and minimize injury.  The experts at Push Performance have developed elite golf programs with input from professional golf instruction, TPI training, and from the needs of the individual. The overall goal of our golf program is to improve movement efficiency and reduce the risk of injury resulting in an improved, pain-free, highly efficient performance on and off the course. Like all of our programs, we focus on movement deficits, injury reduction, strength, mobility, stability, balance, and golf specific movements to help golfers take their game to the next level. To become a better golfer you have to be a better athlete! The program is designed for all ages from beginners to professionals.
