Strength and Conditioning Internship

Interning for DJ and his staff was an opportunity that I will always be grateful for. Push Performance was the exact experience I needed as an aspiring strength coach that was fresh out of school. The coaches were patient but at the same time new when to put me in the fire. The amount of knowledge I learned in just one summer was more than I could have hoped for. The passion the coaches showed for this industry and the athletes who walked through the door everyday was second to none. This internship has taught me to how care for each individual athlete along with putting me on the path for success as a strength coach.
