DJ is the Owner and Director of Push Performance. He played college baseball at Metro State University. He has his Performance Enhancement Specialist and United States Weight Lifting Certification. DJ has developed many programs for a wide range of elite athletes. He uses his knowledge in corrective exercise, flexibility limitations and biomechanics to develop personal programs for each client. He has developed the Elite Baseball Program and has had 11 Colorado baseball players drafted including three in the top three rounds. DJ also works with a handful of professional baseball athletes out of state in the Push Performance Satellite Program. He has worked with a over 100 baseball players at all levels in this program. DJ has also worked with multiple NFL and college football athletes. DJ not only works with high level athletes but he works with active adults and the general fitness population.

Grant started playing golf when he was eight years old and has had a growing passion for the game ever since. As a high school athlete in Greeley, he played baseball and golf and was captain of the 2005 State Championship golf team. Grant graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in spring of 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Minor in Nutrition. Grant is a certified personal trainer through the International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA), and has a Specialized Fitness Certification for Golfers from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Working in the fitness and nutrition industry for the past six years and studying Exercise Science at Metro State University has made Grant passionate about driving people to best their best selves through health, fitness, and performance development.

CHRIS ADAMS, CSCS
Sports Performance Coach
Born in Denver, Colorado. Chris graduated in 2013 from Metro State University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA. Chris has a passion of helping athletes reach their full potential and perform at the highest level. Throughout the years, Chris has participated in several sports including baseball, basketball, football, wrestling, and cross-country. He was also a competitor at an NPC competition in the Men’s Physique class. Chris has worked with athletes of all ages focusing on improving speed, agility, and biomechanics while increasing strength and power.
Joe is a former Minor League Baseball player with the Minnesota Twins Organization. He played at 3 different schools in college, including Siena College, Lamar Community College, and Washington State University. Over his playing career, Joe has acquired pitching mechanic, strength, and baseball knowledge from coast to coast. Joe uses his background to create corrective exercise programs, transfer progress in the gym to the field, and build relationships with athletes for the better.
Born in Federal Way, Washington. Taylor is a former Collegiate Baseball Player at Gonzaga University. Taylor started his college career at Lower Columbia College where he played two years before transferring to Gonzaga. Taylor interned for Push in the Summer of 2019 learning how program based off of an athletes deficiencies, goals, and sport specific needs. Taylor will graduate with a degree in Kinesiology along with attaining his CSCS in the fall of 2019. Taylor has also accepted an internship at Texas Christian University for the Spring of 2020. While in school Taylor will be working for Push as a remote trainer.
