Elite Baseball

Push Performance delivers individualized training programs tailored to the needs of each athlete that will meet the needs of their sport and body type. We focus our programming on identifying and fine tuning areas of strength, but also addressing and improving movement patterns that they have created. Correcting each pattern will not only improve performance, but will help in injury reduction.

Baseball Rehab

The Baseball Performance Rehabilitation program is designed for the athlete that needs a little more attention from one of our corrective exercise specialists. Throwing a baseball is the most violent action in all of sport and we at Push Performance understand the demand and need to focus on performance and rehabilitation. Each session the athlete will work one on one with a coach to address the injury at hand.

Youth Foundation

This program focuses on lifting mechanics, landing mechanics, deceleration mechanics, foundational strength development, development of plyometrics, injury reduction, arm care, total body care, weight room acuity, and improved on-field performance for athletes that are new to the gym, just starting to lift in a gym atmosphere, or need more attention on a day-today basis.

Golf performance

The Push Performance Golf Program is designed with the intent to develop more power in our clients’ golf swing while reducing injuries and pain. The repetitive nature of the golf swing puts immense stress on joints and muscles that require specific training to maximize ability and minimize injury.  The experts at Push Performance have developed elite golf programs with input from professional golf instruction, TPI training, and from the needs of the individual.

ELITE BASEBALL

Push Performance delivers individualized training programs tailored to the needs of each athlete that will meet the needs of their sport and body type. We focus our programming on identifying and fine tuning areas of strength, but also addressing and improving movement patterns that they have created. Correcting each pattern will not only improve performance, but will help in injury reduction.

We will enhance your acceleration, speed, rotary power, explosiveness and change of direction mechanics by incorporating an in depth approach to training for baseball. We focus on the science of biomechanics in baseball and strive to help the underserved population of baseball athletes. Our arm care programs are tailored to each athlete where we we teach scapular control, anterior capsule stability as well as anterior core recruitment.

We incorporate pre movement prep to each training session to insure each athlete is continually moving correctly. Our Recovery sessions provide our muscles with the ability to regenerate after the demands you put on your body. We do each regeneration session with the purpose of getting the body to prepare for the next session or game.

FitAdult

The FitAdult Strength and Conditioning Class program is designed for adults wanting to compete with themselves. It is an intense program that will be as close as you can get to being back in college with strength and conditioning coach! We incorporate Olympic lifts, power lifting and all around strength and power. Come train where the pros train!

Speed Training

Proper use of each speed component count be the difference between a 4.6 and a 4.4 40-yard dash, being safe or out stealing a base, or reducing the chance of being injured sprinting on the field/court. Learn the techniques of speed development. The difference between acceleration, mult-direction, top and speed, and energy system development.

The Push Performance Golf Program is designed with the intent to develop more power in our clients’ golf swing while reducing injuries and pain. The repetitive nature of the golf swing puts immense stress on joints and muscles that require specific training to maximize ability and minimize injury.  The experts at Push Performance have developed elite golf programs with input from professional golf instruction, TPI training, and from the needs of the individual. The overall goal of our golf program is to improve movement efficiency and reduce the risk of injury resulting in an improved, pain-free, highly efficient performance on and off the course. Like all of our programs, we focus on movement deficits, injury reduction, strength, mobility, stability, balance, and golf specific movements to help golfers take their game to the next level. To become a better golfer you have to be a better athlete! The program is designed for all ages from beginners to professionals.
